How do I earn my V+ cash rewards?

You can earn V+ Rewards by presenting your V+ Rewards card at participating Shell service stations when you purchase fuel

What happens if I lose my phone?

Should you lose your phone, simply go to www.v-plusrewardsapp.co.za on your new device and sign into your existing account and continue using the app.

Is the V+ Rewards card available in other countries?

V+ Rewards cards are only be presented in South Africa.

Can I redeem rewards if I have not registered to use the V+ Rewards app?

No, you must be registered before any V+ Rewards can be earned.

How do I redeem products using my cash rewards?

Simply login, click on redeem, select your reward and follow prompts.

How do I change my mobile number?

How do I install the V+ Rewards app on my home screen?

The V+ Rewards app can be installed like a platform-specific app. Click on the URL http://www.v-plusrewardsapp.co.za, click the share button, scroll down, and click on the add to home screen

How do I access the V+ Rewards app?

Simply click on this link http://www.v-plusrewardsapp.co.za to register and add the V+ Rewards App to your home screen.

Does this replace my V+ Rewards plastic card?

The V+ Rewards app works in conjunction with the V+ Rewards card.

How can I opt-out of marketing communication?

You can opt-out by clicking on profile update, scroll down, deselect marketing communication (Email), and/or deselect marketing communication (SMS).

Can I update my profile information on the V+ Rewards App?

Yes, customers can update their First name, Last name, Email address, and Location under the Profile Update section.

What are the reward categories?

Can I exchange my voucher for cash?

No, vouchers are not redeemable for cash in part or whole and no change will be given on unused amounts.

Can I give my reward to someone else?

Yes, you can give your reward to your loved one.

How long is the reward valid?

Once you have redeemed your reward and received your voucher SMS, you will have 1 month from the date issued to use your reward.

How do I get my rewards after claiming on the app?

You will receive an SMS with your vouchers and redemption. You can also see all the vouchers you’ve claimed on your app in your transaction history
